Parent/Guardian Access Login Information

Parents who have been granted access by their student will have access to the following:

  • View student billing statements
  • Make online payments

Follow the steps below to view the student's bill and pay online:

  1. You will receive an e-mail from in your personal account inbox.
  2. Select the "Complete Account Setup" link in the confirmation e-mail.
  3. A new window will open with a message requesting you to create a password. Select the "Submit" button once complete.
  4. You will receive a confirmation page. Select the "Submit" button to enter the MyPack Portal and view your student's information.
  5. The Parent/Guardian Access page will be displayed. Select the "Student Account/Billing/Payment" link to view the student's financial information.
  6. The My Student's Summary page will be displayed.
  7. Select "billing" tab to view an eBILL.
  8. Select the statement date of the bill you would like to view.
  9. Select the red "Make a Payment" button to pay your student's account.
